About the Head of Human Capital Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide overall HR leadership to the organisation and be a strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and guide HR Operations and initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and positive result in managing and maximising human capital
• Collaborate with division heads to identify staffing and recruiting needs and executes best practices for hiring and talent management
• Manage the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and recognition, as well as the management of the HR budget
• Ensure sound HR practices, policies and procedures, and processes are in place to support the business operations and legal and statutory requirements
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide the employee life cycle services
• Undertake any tasks, as and when assigned by the management

To succeed in the Head of Human Capital job, you must have hands-on experience and excellent knowledge of all aspects of human resources management.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
• At least 10 years of solid HR generalist experience with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Experience in setting up the department and growing a team is an added advantage
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
