About the HR & Admin Manager (Shah Alam) Role:
You will provide HR support in deployment of the people strategy and plan and deliver HR strategy to meet the overall objectives of the commercial business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and foster strong business relationships with the business unit whilst actively identifying gaps and proposing and implementing changes to mitigate and minimise people-related risks
• Lead key HR processes in support of the organisations talent agenda including talent review, performance management and succession planning
• Develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy to ensure that all budgeted and planned positions are filled with the right talent
• Strategise and execute short and long-term learning and development initiatives for employees in the organisation
• Work closely with management and employees to drive initiatives that increase engagement, retention and productivity

To succeed in this HR & Admin Manager (Shah Alam) role, you will need to be a people person, strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 8 - 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus of learning and development
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin language
• Outspoken with great communication skills
