About the Assistant HR Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and ongoing expansion plans, you will play a Generalist role in the business's continued development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day employee life cycle processes and handle HR operations
• Work closely with the Management team to carry out HR strategies and enforce policies
• Support the annual performance review cycle and lead the compensation and benefits programme
• Oversee monthly payroll process and all statutory payments
• Support end to end recruitment and training
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances

To succeed in this Assistant HR Manager role, you must be a proactive, hands-on with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum of five year's related working experience in human resources
• Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage
• Must be computer literate and updated with the latest trends and best HR practices
• Proficiency in English language, both verbally and written
