A local FMCG company based in Malaysia is recruiting for a HR Manager job for their growing business.
About the HR Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this role, you will be the number two in the company and lead end-to-end HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the focal point for the business in all aspects of the HR functions
- Play a strategic role to the senior management by bringing an HR perspective to the table and provide analytical solutions when required
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- Oversee the annual performance review cycle and ensuring compliance and equity
- Manage the compensation and benefits programme end to end
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
To succeed in this HR Manager (FMCG) role, you must have strong stakeholder engagement skills, has great analytic skills, be perceptive and agile.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- At least five years of experience in an HR role
- Proficiency with the latest employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak to senior stakeholders and weigh in on strategic decisions
