In this role, you will play a HR Generalist role but with focus on talent development and the implementation of various initiatives to improve the overall organisation workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategise and devise short- and long-term learning and development initiatives for staff
• Design and implement specific executive development and leadership development programmes
• Design and deliver programmes for the professional growth of employees by filling the learning gaps and enhancing existing training programmes
• Coordinate corporate training and incorporate LinkedIn Learning
• Responsible for all employee engagement activities including the preparation of company events and activities
• Liaise with hiring managers to assist in recruitment activities
• Oversee the payroll function for the whole organisation

To succeed in this HR Manager (Talent Development) role, you will need experience in end-to-end HR with key focus on talent management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Minimum of six years' experience in being a HR as a HR generalist, learning and development or employee engagement
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Creative with a "can-do" attitude
