Senior HR Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is recruiting for a Senior HR Manager job for their growing business.

About the Senior HR Manager Role:
In this role, you will be the number two to the Head of HR and lead end-to-end HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the focal point for the business in all aspects of the HR functions
• Play a strategic role to the senior management by bringing an HR perspective to the table and provide analytical solutions when required
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and the HRIS system
• Oversee the annual performance review cycle and ensuring compliance and equity
• Oversee the compensation and benefits programme end to end
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances

To succeed in this Senior HR Manager role, you must have strong stakeholder engagement skills, has great analytic skills, be perceptive and agile.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 10 - 15 years of experience in an HR role, with at least two years of managerial experience
• Proficiency with the relevant employment law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak to senior stakeholders and weigh in on strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced and results-driven environment
