About the Senior Manager, HR Operations Role:
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the day-to-day activities of group HR within the global workforce delivering HR operational services. You will be an experienced HR practitioner with cross function of collaborating with HRBP team and other internal functions ranging from strategic tasks, to tactical operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of HR processes
• Overall case management and delivery of queries and data changes coming into the team
• Proactively develop processes and technology
• Uphold the people data integrity and build out processes to support this
• Provide relevant employee data and analysis

To succeed in this Senior Manager, HR Operations role, you will need in-depth expertise in operational affairs in the human resource department.

Key Requirements:

• At least seven years of being in the HR department
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
• Computer literacy (MS Office preferably)
