About the HR Assistant Manager Role:
In this financial services business critical role, you will be focusing in maintaining HR strategy and operational needs of the firm within the realms of leadership, HR policy, projects and transformation
- Understand the company’s function and business direction
- Provide support on HR solution and advisory to leadership team across levels regarding HR matters – complying to policies and guidelines
- Support the leadership team in handling HR transformation and improvement projects
- Be involved in company-wide workforce management and staff development
- Adhere to change management as per required
- Oversee and manage learning and development functions of the HR team
- Coordinate and manage execution of HR policies, procedures and guideline to ensure employees are apprised of changes from time to time
To succeed in the HR Assistant Manager role, candidates must possess strong ownership on project management in HR and exert good stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act
- At least 8 – 10 years of HR business partnering experience
- Committed and dedicated with proactiveness in project delivery
- Strong communication skills and articulation to all business levels with good rapport building with internal clients
- Computer literate, preferably in MS Office tools
