About the HR Generalist Role:
In this job, you will be working across and partnering with multiple stakeholders to support the business in translating and implementing people strategy and actions while driving the HR agenda across the business.
- Approach issues with the big picture in view and a solution-oriented mindset
- Analyse complex situations and come up with effective solutions to employee-related matters
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders both internally within HR and externally within the business
- Influence, negotiate and gain commitment from various stakeholders to ensure movement towards organisational goals
- Generate and analyse insights from HR data
- Be assigned to a portfolio of business units as a support to the HR business partner
To succeed in this HR Generalist role, you must have at least three to five years of HR experience with the solid ability to partner with the business addressing employee-related matters.
- Degree in any business disciplines
- Three to five years of work experience in human resource
- Ability to execute HR processes
- Track record of working in an organised way, multitasking, prioritising, managing data, setting and achieving deadlines (both short and long term)
- Positive with a can-do attitude, enthusiastic, agile and a strong team player; motivated by challenge and takes ownership work deliverables
- Strong execution focus combined with the ability to multitask and manage time productively
- Excellent written communication skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills to run workshop/focus groups as and when necessary
