Senior HR Business Partner

A Senior HR Business Partner job has just become available at a leading FMCG company. This role covers both commercial and production site.

About the Senior HR Business Partner Role:
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR and Managing Director, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR tasks and act as an adviser by providing consultation in all human resource related matters to business or employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, plan and work closely with the Head of HR in developing and setting up the strategic direction of human resources for the business
• Coach heads of departments on how to lead their teams. Understand the business direction and roll out manpower planning initiatives to meet those needs
• Consult with line management in assessing employee needs and recommend the right interventions
• Manage and implement talent management programmes including succession planning, career planning exercise and business continuity planning
• Plan and develop employee relations initiatives to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction

To succeed in this Senior HR Business Partner role, you must possess business partnering experience and have experience working in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
• All-round HR generalist with exposure to various HR functions and hands-on experience in the FMCG and retail space are an added advantage
• Experience in dealing with unionised employees
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with all levels of management
• Excellent interpersonal skills – need to have good relationship management with all levels of management
• Courageous leadership – ability to lead, inspire and develop the team
