About the VP Human Resources Role:
In this business critical role, you will be working closely with colleagues across functional departments to support the organisation by providing HR operational support, overseeing payroll management and maintain top notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
• Identifies key performance indicators for the organisation's human resource and talent management
• Leads the effort of ongoing HRIS migration in partnership with respective system specialists
• Participates in HR projects and initiatives to support the department's function
• Analyses, interprets and provides insights pertaining to various HR functions to the management and provide compliance reporting

To succeed in this VP Human Resources role, you must hold a strong leadership experience in managing a team, proven credentials in efficiency of HR operations and familiarity working in the banking industry.

Key Requirements:

• Recognised degree or its equivalent from a recognised university/higher learning institution
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence others
• At least four years of experience in human resource management with hands-on involvement in HRM/HRIS
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team setting
