Our Client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator working closely with the Office Manager to support daily office operations across finance, HR, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office operations across multiple departments
  • Assist with finance administration, including subscription management and expense reconciliation
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, documentation audits, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate site inductions, course bookings, and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, approachable, and trustworthy
  • Clear communicator with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience supporting HR or finance functions is an advantage
