Factory Admin Assistant Manager (Based in Lembah Beringin)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Admin Assistant Manager to join our team in Lembah Beringin. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin, possess strong factory administration management experience, and demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Management:

    • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations within the factory.
    • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Communication & Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  4. Factory Support:

    • Manage factory-related documentation, including production records, inventory logs, and employee attendance records.
    • Coordinate with the production team to address any administrative needs or challenges promptly.
  5. Language Proficiency:

    • Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, or clients when necessary.
  6. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

    • Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions to improve efficiency within the factory's administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in factory administration management or a similar role (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory due to business requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is an added advantage.
