What you'll do:

As a Personal Assistant based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a CEO across all aspects of their professional and personal life.

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all commitments are coordinated efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and written communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Organise and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports, guaranteeing accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in managing both work-related and private matters.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, or social engagements attended by the CEO, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.
  • Maintain records and files in an organised manner so that information can be accessed quickly when needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and other parties.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure nothing is overlooked in the CEO’s busy schedule.
  • Support expense management by tracking receipts, preparing reimbursement claims, and overseeing budgetary requirements related to both professional and personal activities.
  • Anticipate needs by proactively identifying potential issues or requirements before they arise, offering solutions that keep operations running smoothly.

What you bring:

To excel as a Personal Assistant supporting a CEO in Kuala Lumpur, you will bring proven experience in managing demanding schedules alongside exceptional organisational skills.
