What you’ll do
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be central to shaping HR excellence across three dynamic markets. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to implement effective HR strategies while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. -
Enhance job descriptions for senior positions, conduct interviews, and contribute to informed hiring decisions.
-
Oversee monthly payroll processing with external vendors and manage benefits programmes such as health insurance.
-
Administer commission and incentive payouts for the sales team with accuracy and transparency.
-
Identify organisational training needs, design impactful programmes, evaluate their effectiveness, and lead talent development for high-potential employees.
-
Prepare comprehensive HR reports, analysing turnover and identifying improvement opportunities.
-
Consolidate HR budgets including manpower planning, annual operating expenses, and headcount costs.
-
Supervise general administrative functions to maintain safe, compliant, and conducive working environments.
What you bring
To excel in this position, you should have extensive HR experience within complex, multi-regional organisations. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with employees from diverse cultures, while your empathy ensures sensitive issues are handled with care. You bring a track record of partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement impactful HR strategies. Your analytical mindset supports effective reporting, and your attention to detail ensures accurate payroll administration. Experience designing or managing large-scale training initiatives demonstrates your dedication to employee growth. Familiarity with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions and exposure to healthcare or similarly regulated industries will further enhance your suitability.
