We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office processes, managing resources efficiently, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration:

    • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  2. Team Management:

    • Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members.
  3. Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Prepare and monitor budgets related to administrative functions.
    • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining operational quality.
  4. Facilities Management:

    • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for facility-related services as needed.
  5. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and prepare reports for management review.
    • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and other critical documents.
  6. Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations related to administrative operations.
    • Identify potential risks in administrative processes and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Support Functions:

    • Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary administrative support for their operations.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in managing facilities or working within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently.
