Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly dependable Executive Assistant to support the Operations Director of a Global Retail business. What you'll do:
As the Executive Assistant to the Operations Director, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. You will provide comprehensive support to the Director, managing their schedule, coordinating internal communication, and handling confidential documents. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in managing appointments and travel arrangements. Additionally, your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to represent the Director in meetings when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Operations Director
- Manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
