What you'll do:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing schedules and calendars, handling communications on behalf of the Manager, making travel arrangements, organising meetings and events, handling administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality in all business matters. You will also act as a liaison when communicating with various individuals or departments on behalf of the Manager. This role requires someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills, can maintain confidentiality at all times and is able to work collaboratively with various teams.

  • Support business deelopment activities across different countries
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and written communication on behalf of the Manager
  • Make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and organising itineraries for business trips
  • Organise meetings and events which includes arranging logistics, preparing materials, coordinating attendees
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing expenses and invoices, maintaining files and documents, preparing reports and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality in all business matters
  • Act as a liaison when communicating with various individuals or departments on behalf of the Manager

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant role will bring proven experience from a similar position. You will have excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role along with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Experience in making travel arrangements and organising meetings/events is also required. Proficiency in using office software like MS Office (Word, Excel etc.) is expected.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
