As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include developing HR strategies that align with business goals, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Your expertise in human resources management will be crucial in supporting business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention.

* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
