Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including managing employee documentation, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for employees and work closely with various HR and administrative teams to support the company’s HR operations.

What you'll do:

As an HR Operations Specialist, your role will be integral to the smooth running of our client's HR operations. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of employee documentation, from creation to archiving. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and managing the offboarding process for departing employees. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining up-to-date employee information in HR systems. With your keen eye for improvement, you'll identify opportunities to enhance HR processes related to documentation, onboarding, and offboarding. Furthermore, you'll assist in developing new HR policies, procedures, and systems that boost operational efficiency.

  • Manage all employee documentation ensuring it is accurately completed, stored, and maintained.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee information in HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes related to documentation, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Operations Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in HR operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field under your belt, you have spent at least 5 years honing your skills in areas such as documentation management, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management. Your strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices sets you apart from others. You are highly organized with excellent time-management skills. Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software is essential for this role. Your attention to detail is impeccable and you have excellent communication skills. Above all else, you understand the importance of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
