What you'll do:

As an Administrative Assistant with Human Resources responsibilities, you will be at the heart of the operations. Your role will involve managing executive schedules, coordinating office operations, and acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a crucial role in shaping our HR policies and procedures. From leading recruitment efforts to overseeing performance management processes, your work will directly impact our team's success. This role offers a unique blend of administrative tasks and HR responsibilities that will keep you engaged and challenged.

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Oversee performance management processes including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

With a strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and regulations, you are ready to shape our HR policies according to organisational goals.   • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and in HR management roles.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
