Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

To succeed in this Operations Manager role, you will need to possess a strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and have the passion to transform HR as a function to enable the business grow further.
University graduate (overseas education, especially Australian education, is preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Australian and Asian colleagues and clients. A strong interpersonal communicator
Three to five years of work experience in a similar role in Malaysia (experience with international companies is preferred but not essential)
Adaptability and street smarts to navigate a dynamic work environment
Willingness to travel to Australia for training purposes
