About the Executive Assistant Role: In this role, the company is looking for a highly driven personal assistant practitioner with vast experience in managing stakeholders. The role falls under their HR pillar with direct reporting to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage work and personal errands for the MD and his family
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external parties
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage other duties as assigned
To succeed in this Executive Assistant role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively to ensure timely deliverable and ability to manage various stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven to eight years' similar expertise with a secretarial portfolio
Presentable, engaging, and a positive personality to project a good image of the company
Good command of English and vibrant interpersonal skills
Good at teamwork, strong EQ, resourceful and able to think outside of the box
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask
