About the HR Admin Role:
Reporting only to the CFO, you will be responsible for meeting all the requirements as deemed necessary by the CFO.
- Assist with manning all office needs in a systematic matter
- Create presentation slides, meeting minutes and internal memos
- Manage CFO's travel plans and itineraries and coordinate company events, meetings and social gatherings
- Manage company staff on behalf of GM when necessary
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an intelligent person capable of thinking quick on your feet.
- Must possess A Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be street smart, assertive, articulate and capable of proactively taking on tasks with minimal guidance
- Must be very technologically savvy and familiar with Microsoft Suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in marketing strategy is an added advantage
- Good command of the English language
