A leading organisation in Shah Alam is seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Executive for a two-year contract, offering you the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience and supporting business growth. This position provides an excellent platform for you to contribute your expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR systems within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Executive, you will play an integral role in maintaining fairness in salary administration while supporting staff movements across the organisation.

  • Administer salary structures and staff movement processes to maintain internal equity and support demographic balance throughout the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate HR-related employee information within the company’s database and Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Review, revise, and enhance employee compensation packages, benefits offerings, as well as related policies and procedures to reflect current market trends.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programmes and rewards schemes, ensuring employees receive timely support and recognition.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises for rewards and benefits schemes to ensure the organisation remains competitive within the industry.
  • Manage expatriate administration processes, serving as a key point of contact for international assignments and related matters.
  • Act as a primary reference for company HR policies and HR system queries, providing guidance to employees across all levels.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly HR reports for senior management and shareholders, delivering clear insights into workforce metrics.
  • Provide expert compensation, benefits, and HRMS support to plant operations and other entities within the group as required.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Compensation and Benefits Executive position brings proven experience in managing complex HR processes within large organisations or similar environments.

  • A degree in Human Resources or a business-related field is essential for understanding complex compensation frameworks.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English enables effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—are necessary for daily tasks such as reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication abilities foster strong interpersonal relationships within teams and across departments.
  • Analytical thinking skills are vital for interpreting data trends related to compensation benchmarks and employee demographics.
  • Resourcefulness allows you to work dependably with minimal supervision while navigating complex challenges.
  • Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not mandatory; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply (CGPA 3.3 above)
