You will design and execute innovative compensation and benefits strategies tailored to a fast-paced and competitive industry, with a core focus on creating retention strategies, optimizing pay mix for sales employees, and aligning total rewards programs with business objectives.

What you'll do:

As a Total Rewards Specialist, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategies. You will be responsible for developing competitive compensation frameworks that cater specifically to sales employees and other key revenue-generating roles. Your expertise will also be crucial in designing engaging retention programs that address employee turnover challenges. Furthermore, you will reimagine benefits packages to meet the needs of a diverse, tech-savvy workforce. Utilizing data analytics tools, you will track the effectiveness of total rewards programs and provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborating with sales leadership, finance, and HR teams, you will align rewards strategies with business priorities.

  • Develop competitive compensation frameworks, with a strong emphasis on pay mix (base, bonus, incentives) for sales employees and other key revenue-generating roles.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure salary ranges and incentives are aligned with industry standards.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Total Rewards Specialist position brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in total rewards, compensation or benefits. You have proven expertise in designing sales compensation plans and retention strategies. Your strong analytical skills are complemented by your proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standards is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are required as you'll be working closely with various stakeholders within the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits.
  • Proven expertise in designing sales compensation plans and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
