What you'll do:
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's strategic objectives by developing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. You will be responsible for designing competitive salary structures based on job evaluations and market data. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In addition to this, you will manage all aspects of the payroll process with precision. Your role will also involve generating insightful payroll reports for management review. Furthermore, you will oversee general HR administrative functions including record-keeping, documentation, reporting.
- Develop, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
- Design and maintain competitive salary structures based on job evaluations, market data, and internal equity considerations
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct analysis of compensation data to identify trends for improvement
- Manage all aspects of the payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle payroll calculations, deductions, adjustments accurately and promptly
- Stay updated on federal, state, local payroll tax regulations ensuring compliance
- Generate and analyse payroll reports for management review
