About the Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager Role:
In this role, you will ensure that the compensation and benefits practices in Malaysia align with industry standards and meet global requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's compensation strategy and policies
• Handle the annual salary review process, including conducting salary surveys, evaluating job descriptions, and making appropriate salary recommendations
• Collaborate with managers to review job classifications and ensure appropriate job levelling
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare benefits
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive C&B practices

To succeed in this Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager role, you must have a strong foundation in compensation and benefits with ability to communicate efficiently with global stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Five years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
