An exciting Manager, Rewards & Performance Management job has just become available at one of the top financial services company based in KL. Reporting directly to the Head of unit, this is a role for a rewards expert with involvement in managing end-to-end C&B affairs.
About the Manager, Rewards & Performance Management Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the analysis and improvement of the company's compensation and benefits policy to align with group-wide rewards strategy. You will also take the lead to ensure efficiency and data accuracy of activities within the spectrum of compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute C&B programmes in accordance to global/regional office practice and assurance of compliance to policies and guidelines
- Improve processes on compensation plans and C&B initiatives which includes but not limited to; annual market survey, salary benchmarking, job grading and fine tuning C&B related processes
- Ensure timely execution and accuracy of payroll administration supported by a team's specialist
- Lead for annual performance bonus cycle and appraisal activities
- Provide consultative advice to business leaders on C&B matters
To succeed in the Manager, Rewards & Performance Management job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with various stakeholders, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- At least five to seven years of involvement in HR; preferably in performance management, C&B and rewards
- Sound knowledge of employment-related matters
- Strong in data crunching and analysis
- Ability to manage stakeholders and great communication skills
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration/HR or related fields
