A Head of Performance, Rewards & Organisation Design job has become available at a well-established and integrated financial service group offering the full spectrum of financial products through their business banking, Islamic banking, consumer banking, and investment banking. They have a strong regional presence and this role sits at the group level.
About the Head of Performance, Rewards & Organisation Design Role:
In this business enabling function, you will report directly to the Chief HR Officer leading team function within the focused area of performance management, C&B, HR compliance, and rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic management and lead execution of performance review, IPP, annual compensation adjustment and bonus cycle
- Manage company-wide compensation database and benchmark against market data
- Lead the management of compensation scheme within approved pool by the board and internal pay council
- Coordinate promotion exercise and review for round table meetings
- Supervise the annual compensation survey to ensure competitive staff compensation package
- Ensure compliance of HR processes and best practices
- Lead the board papers management pertaining to rewards/C&B proposals and alignment to any regulatory reporting
To succeed in the Head of Performance, Rewards & Organisation Design role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with various stakeholders within the internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in human resource
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with high level of attention to detail
- Familiarity with latest C&B trends and practices
- Strong understanding of C&B principle, processes and policies
- Well-versed in Malaysia’s Employment statutory rules, EPC, and SOCSO Acts
