A leading organisation in the FMCG industry is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Group Performance and Rewards job to lead their performance and rewards strategy.
About the Senior Manager, Group Performance and Rewards Role:
You will support the business with all strategic framework, design and roll out within the Performance and Rewards space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, manage, monitor, evaluate and improve the compensation and benefits framework, policies, programs and processes
- Participation in process improvement initiatives including standardisation and governance improvement projects
- Responsible for the annual performance and reward cycle, including the annual salary budget setting process
- Lead change management initiatives including presentation to Board Members on programme and policy redesign and upgrades
- Develop, implement and monitor the performance management framework, policies and processes
To succeed in the Senior Manager, Group Performance and Rewards role, you must have considerable strategic and operational experience in compensation and benefits and change management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years' experience in compensation and benefits. Experience in the consulting industry and working with a multinational company is a plus
- Project management expertise including strong negotiation skills
- Experience working on change management projects
