An exciting Senior Manager, Rewards and Performance Management job has just become available at one of the fast growing logistics organisation based in Selangor. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a role for a someone who is a specialist in their field.
About the Senior Manager, Rewards and Performance Management Role:
In this role, you are responsible to design, oversee and implement the organisation's rewards and performance management activities.
- Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages and managing third-party HR vendor resources
- Manage the team to implement and administer benefits program and practices
- Review the organisation’s benefits plans, policies , and procedures to ensure legal compliance with local regulations
- Design and develop rewards and performance management plans
- Monitor compensation trends and reviews market data to benchmark compensation structures
- Identify the gaps, review the correlation between business performance to individual performance and escalate to the relevant stakeholders for action plan
- Design, establish and present the data reporting to stakeholders on the performance gaps analysis and drive initiatives to elevate the company’s overall performance
To succeed in the Senior Manager, Rewards and Performance Management job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior stakeholders within the organisation.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent
- At least seven years of rewards and performance management work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholders management skills
- Proactive, strong leadership skills and team player
