Role Overview: * Join the People Advisory Services (PAS) team in Malaysia, focusing on workforce transformation and organizational strategy. * Positions available from Senior Associate to Senior Manager levels.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Senior Associate/Assistant Manager:
      • Apply analytical skills to deliver high-quality client solutions.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and implementation.
      • Support project management activities (documentation, research, reporting).
      • Prepare deliverables, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
      • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Manager/Senior Manager:
      • Lead workstreams or entire projects aligned with client objectives.
      • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
      • Coach junior team members and promote a culture of learning and inclusion.
      • Shape people strategies to drive workforce transformation.
      • Drive business development efforts and monitor engagement financials.
  • Skills Required:

    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
    • Team player with collaborative abilities across disciplines and cultures.
    • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
    • Relevant experience:
      • Senior Associate: Minimum 3 years in HR consulting, change management, or workforce strategy.
      • Manager: Minimum 5 years, including leading teams or workstreams.
      • Senior Manager: At least 7–8 years managing large-scale projects and client relationships.
    • Exposure to client-facing environments such as Big 4 firms or global consultancies.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Postgraduate certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, Prosci, SHRM).
    • Experience managing complex stakeholders across sectors.
    • Familiarity with digital HR solutions, people analytics, or workforce planning technologies.
