One of the region's reputable/fast growing digital bank is looking to recruit a high caliber Head, People & Culture to be at the forefront of shaping the people strategy of a digital bank poised for exponential growth.

About the Head, People & Culture Role:

Reporting to the CEO based in KL office, you will be responsible for managing culture change, organisation design, recruitment, talent, retention performance management and supporting business growth, will stand you in good stead to implement a best in class, cohesive HR strategy globally.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive hiring and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build and enhance the employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Drive initiatives to develop internal pipelines for leadership roles and critical positions
  • Design and implement frameworks to measure and enhance both individual and team performance
  • Actively drive employee engagement to strengthen alignment with organizational values
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance

To succeed in this role, you would need to have at least 10 years relevant experience working in the People function of a matrix, global business, preferably working within a financial institution.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working with scaling business is advantageous
  • Experience of implementing long term strategic plans to support significant business growth
  • Hands on experience of providing operational HR support coupled with strategic planning coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Experience of managing day to day activities and project work
