What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager specialising in Change Management and Projects, you will be at the forefront of leading change initiatives within the HR Department. Your role will involve collaborating with various HR functions, understanding their responsibilities, assessing work processes, and implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency. You will also co-lead cross-departmental projects that foster collaboration and teamwork. Your ability to communicate effectively, coach team members, handle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a strong customer focus will be crucial for success in this role.

  • Collaborate with all HR functions to understand their day-to-day responsibilities and assess work processes for improved efficiency
  • Support each function in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring alignment across the team
  • Co-lead cross-departmental projects or initiatives that foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Seek improvements to enhance customer experience and drive better results for the organisation
  • Work closely with Operations department to identify areas of optimisation ensuring compliance with labour law and practices
  • Communicate initiative progress and key metrics to operations team
  • Encourage and coach team members to improve individual and team performance
  • Handle additional projects as assigned from time to time

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager role brings a wealth of experience and a strong skill set. With a minimum of 10 years in HR Generalist roles, you have a solid understanding of all areas of HR, including labour law, HR processes, current trends, legal requirements, and compliance matters. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by an analytical mind. You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Your soft skills include workforce management, time management, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and team building. A people-oriented personality and knowledge in SAP-SF will be advantageous.

  • Tertiary qualifications / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, HRM or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of HR Generalist experience with solid knowledge in all areas of HR
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law, understanding of HR processes, best practices of current trend, legal requirements, and compliance related matters
  • Strong problem-solving skill with analytical mind
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Soft skills: Workforce Management, Time Management, Performance Management, Coaching and Mentoring and Team Building
  • People oriented personality
  • Knowledge in SAP-SF will be an added advantage
