A Senior HR Business Partner (Supply Chain) job has just become available at a world-renowned FMCG company.
About the Senior HR Business Partner (Supply Chain) Role:
In this business-critical role, you will be working closely with the HR Director and Head of Supply Chain to deploy the people and culture vision across the supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR transformation and change by aligning programmes, policies and tools that impact the business function
- Provide strategic business partnering support including advice and solutions to Managers on people related matters
- Work closely with relevant teams within CoE to attract, retain and develop talent within the supply chain function
- Facilitate development and execution for strategic transformation projects for the supply chain function through the implementation of redesigned people HR strategies, programmes, practices, policies and processes as applicable
- Utilise HR data analysis to drive change initiatives including programmes, focus groups and other engagement activities to improve performance and nurture strong values across the business unit
To succeed in this Senior HR Business Partner (Supply Chain) role, you must have experience in change management and transformation.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 10 years' experience in HR including exposure to an HR Business Partner role. Regional exposure is a plus
- Sound understanding of global and regional trends across various HR functions
- Experience in leading projects in the change and transformation space
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and deliver presentations to senior leadership
