As a Regional Marketing and Commercial Capability Specialist based in Petaling Jaya, you will be at the heart of driving commercial success across the Asia Pacific region. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing practical enablement tools tailored to the needs of commercial teams while orchestrating effective B2B marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. You will transform valuable market insights into actionable solutions that can be easily adopted by sales teams in multiple countries. By managing a centralised content hub and leading onboarding efforts for new team members, you will ensure consistency in messaging and operational excellence. Your ability to coordinate complex rollouts involving various internal departments and external stakeholders will be crucial in adapting programmes for local nuances. Through diligent tracking of key performance indicators and sharing transparent dashboards with leadership teams, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement. Success in this role means not only meeting immediate objectives but also laying the groundwork for scalable growth leadership initiatives that benefit both colleagues and clients throughout the region.

  • Assess process and tool gaps within commercial teams to design clear playbooks, templates, checklists, and deliver engaging training sessions that enhance adoption over time.
  • Plan and execute lightweight B2B marketing programmes such as campaigns, webinars, events with subject matter experts or key opinion leaders, ensuring value stories are maintained and case studies are effectively communicated.
  • Transform client and market insights into simple yet compelling solution packages with defined scopes, outcomes, pricing guidelines, piloting these offers in selected markets before scaling regionally.
  • Manage the content hub by structuring resources for easy access, implementing tagging systems, maintaining version control, retiring outdated assets, publishing regular updates like training calendars or new materials, and iterating based on user feedback.
  • Lead onboarding processes by delivering comprehensive Sales Starter Toolkits and curricula for business managers or account success teams; coordinate sessions to ensure new hires are productive within 60–90 days.
  • Coordinate multi-market rollouts by collaborating with Sales, Medical/Editorial, Operations, Finance, Legal teams as well as external partners such as agencies or associations to localise programmes according to language, regulatory requirements, and channel norms.
  • Track performance metrics including adoption rates, asset usage statistics, campaign responses, impact on pipeline or win rate; share dashboards with stakeholders and prioritise continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between internal departments and external partners for seamless programme execution across different countries.
  • Capture learnings from each market implementation to refine approaches and scale successful initiatives throughout the region.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills which allow you to build trustful relationships with colleagues from various functions—Sales through Legal—and external partners alike.   • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing or sales enablement within services or agency environments; exposure to healthcare communications or health technology sectors is advantageous but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; advanced degrees are considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch practical enablement initiatives such as onboarding programmes for tools/processes or product/solution understanding that drive measurable results.
  • Proven track record running successful marketing campaigns including webinars/events, case studies publication or thought leadership pieces that generate qualified interest among target audiences.
  • Experience packaging solutions or offers derived from client or market insight through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), delivery/operations teams or finance departments.
  • Comfortable coordinating projects involving cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical/Editorial staff as well as Operations, Finance or Legal professionals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis along with strong skills in Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint & Word); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Culturally aware mindset with adaptability to work effectively across different countries’ norms regarding language use or regulatory frameworks.
