Our client is actively seeking a Manager of Salesforce Effectiveness to become part of their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is instrumental in formulating and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Salesforce Effectiveness that aligns with the company's business goals and sales objectives. You will have the privilege to collaborate closely with senior leadership, conduct market research, and spearhead performance enhancement plans.

What you'll do:

As a Manager of Salesforce Effectiveness, you will play an integral role in shaping the company's sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and implement a robust strategy for Salesforce Effectiveness that aligns with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define Key Performance Indicators and performance targets for the sales team. Additionally, you will conduct market research to optimise Salesforce deployment. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in monitoring and analysing Salesforce performance data, identifying areas for improvement. Your leadership skills will be highlighted as you spearhead the design of performance enhancement plans for underperforming teams.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Manager of Salesforce Effectiveness position brings a wealth of experience in sales operations or commercial excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Management or a related field. Your proven experience in managing Customer Relationship Management systems and utilising data to drive Salesforce optimisation sets you apart from others. Furthermore, your strong background in Salesforce performance analysis, training, and development makes you an excellent fit for this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, Salesforce effectiveness, or commercial excellence roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in managing Customer Relationship Management systems and utilising data to drive Salesforce optimisation
  • Strong background in Salesforce performance analysis, training, and development
