Our client is on the lookout for a Commercial Excellence Manager for their South East Asia operations. What you'll do:

As the Commercial Excellence Manager for South East Asia, your role will be pivotal in delivering customised programs, reporting, and supporting dashboards that enable consistent data tracking and strategy optimisation. You'll be responsible for evaluating sales force activities across all platforms/countries, generating insights, informing reporting, and monitoring results against the needs of key stakeholders. Your ability to develop, implement, and monitor incentive/compensation programs will play a crucial role in supporting team objectives across brands. You'll also have the opportunity to lead in ongoing optimisation operations ensuring the balance of capacity vs resource allocation.

  • Deliver customised programs, reporting, and supporting dashboards for consistent data tracking and strategy optimisation.
  • Evaluate and track sales force activities across all platforms/countries; generate insights, inform reporting, and monitor results against key stakeholders' needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor incentive/compensation programs in support of team objectives across brands.
  • Proactively assess and make recommendations in support of sales force development.
  • Identify and monitor key territory levers across all platforms to manage their impacts on the business.
  • Lead in ongoing optimisation operation to ensure balancing of capacity vs resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop transparent, systematic tools for in-depth analytics and measurements.
  • Project manage initiatives, addressing barriers to execution.
  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders and countries to balance individual/team needs with business priorities.
  • Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Excellence Manager role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Science or any related fields, you'll have at least 3 years’ experience with Sales Force Effectiveness / Sales Force Automation / Business Data Analytics. Your strong understanding of the sales environment (Public, Private, Tenders) and high digital literacy will be crucial in this role. Your ability to influence without authority and be consultative will be highly valued. You'll also possess very strong data management and analytics expertise.

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Science or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with Sales Force Effectiveness / Sales Force Automation / Business Data Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales environment (Public, Private, Tenders) and high digital literacy.
  • Ability to influence without authority and be consultative.
  • Very strong data management and analytics expertise.
  • Knowledge of salesforce automation and ability to translate desired results into appropriate processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM system i.e IQVIA OCE/Veeva/Salesforce an advantage.
  • Power BI/Tableau or sales dashboard creation an advantage.
