  • Conduct regular field coaching sessions to ensure compliant execution of marketing strategies with a strong focus on customer needs.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders to support product positioning and brand awareness.
  • Identify new business opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Support product positioning efforts by leveraging field insights to inform brand strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the proposal and management of KPIs, incentive plans, and performance initiatives to drive achievement of both short- and long-term sales objectives.
