- Take full ownership of the profit and loss performance for the entire Market Research portfolio, leading regional business development efforts to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by pursuing and securing regional accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and successfully closing contracts and projects.
- Work collaboratively with local Business Managers and Directors to drive compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that align with market research objectives.
- Develop, position, and market innovative insights solutions and products to industry stakeholders, ensuring offerings remain competitive and tailored to evolving client requirements.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to local Business Managers to enhance their market research literacy and capabilities across the region.
- Prepare detailed proposals and budget estimates while leading negotiations with clients and procurement teams to secure profitable growth for the business.
- Monitor industry trends and anticipate client needs to inform account planning, introduce innovative methodologies, and support new product development initiatives.
- Partner with MedComms, MPF, and strategy teams to integrate market research into comprehensive multi-channel solutions for enhanced client engagement.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by taking ownership of key initiatives that contribute to the overall leadership, growth, and strategic direction of the market research business.
What you bring:

- A strategic thinker who is highly motivated with an entrepreneurial approach towards identifying and capitalising on emerging business opportunities.
- Proficiency in developing winning multi-channel communications proposals that resonate with varied client audiences.
- Exceptional written communication skills complemented by strong presentation abilities and meeting facilitation expertise.
