  • Identify influential figures within the dental sector and collaborate closely with leadership to nurture robust business partnerships that support mutual growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met or exceeded at every stage of engagement.
  • Undertake all activities in accordance with established KPIs, consistently striving for excellence in performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Record all sales activities meticulously, gathering market intelligence daily to inform future strategies and maintain up-to-date records within CRM systems.
  • Conduct monthly analyses of sales performance data, implementing targeted actions to ensure objectives are achieved within agreed parameters.
  • Coordinate trade shows, exhibits, seminars, clinical meetings, and product training sessions for diverse audiences to stimulate demand and enhance product awareness.
