Sales & Marketing Manager (Renal, APAC)

What you'll do:

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities that align with the organisation's goals. You will manage complex market research projects, establish long-term relationships with potential clients, lead meetings and negotiations, and refer sales leads within the organisation. Additionally, you will lead a team of business development analysts to ensure project credibility.

• Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities
• Manage complex market research or analysis projects
• Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners
• Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners
• Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organisation
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of business development analyst professionals

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales & Marketing Manager role will bring a wealth of experience from the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical sector. You should have strong management skills with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Your background in sales or business development coupled with your knowledge of acute or chronic dialysis will be key to your success in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related science discipline is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree - pharmacy or bio/chemistry/ nursing/ science related discipline preferred
• Good exposure of Sales or Business Development in Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical
• Product Management in Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical
• Prior Sales and Marketing experience in acute or chronic dialysis
• Strong management experience
• At least 3 years managerial position
• Preferably having regional business development, P&L management, new product launches experience
