Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the aesthetic and education sector. The successful candidate will have the chance to organise events, manage social media recognition, generate leads, and oversee international business development activities. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

What you'll do:

As a Business Development Executive, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for organising events that promote the Academy's programs, as well as identifying advertising opportunities in relevant publications. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised in generating leads through interactions with international medical societies. You will also establish a strong social media presence and oversee international business development activities. Additionally, you will develop digital content for various platforms, monitor SEO strategies, and keep the Institute updated on potential aesthetic medical related events.

  • Organise and participate in events, seminars, and talk shows to introduce the Academy and its program.
  • Identify and plan advertising in relevant magazines and dailies.
  • Communicate with international medical societies or organisations to generate leads.
  • Establish social media recognition.
  • Oversee international business development activities.
  • Generate leads for local and international markets.
  • Oversee company's marketing activities, especially in social media related activities.
  • Develop digital contents and cross post across relevant platforms.
  • Check SEO and blogs written by third party bloggers.
  • Update the Institute about potential and upcoming aesthetic medical related events.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Executive role will bring a wealth of experience from a similar position. You should hold a degree or master’s in business development, mass communication or marketing. With at least three years of experience under your belt, you are comfortable working flexibly including selected weekends. Your excellent communication skills complement your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows. You are knowledgeable in social media marketing, search engine marketing and SEO. Your creativity shines through in your graphic design and content writing skills. You are experienced in using photo and video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Flimora. Your ability to carry out instructions punctually and with attention to detail is commendable.

  • Degree or master’s in business development, mass communication or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
  • Ability to work flexibly and on selected weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) and WINDOWS.
  • Knowledge in social media marketing, search engine marketing and SEO.
  • Creativity in graphic design and content writing.
  • Experience using Photo and Video editing software such as Canva, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Flimora.
  • Ability to carry out instructions punctually and disciplined in completing tasks in detail.
  • Knowledge in search engines, social media campaign, email campaign, text-messaging applications and related marketing tools.
