Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Business Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee operational efficiency within a leading organisation. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company. This position reports to the Senior Group Business Manager and offers excellent growth opportunities within the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Executive, your primary role will be to drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will support proposal development, achieve assigned sales targets, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day client communications, organise client meetings, identify opportunities for account growth, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Your keen eye will also be required to track competitor activities and market trends.

  • Drive sales activities and follow up on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
  • Support proposal development and client presentations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM system
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and requests
  • Organise and participate in client meetings

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Executive role brings 1-3 years of experience in sales, client service, or business development. Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service agency environment is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. You should have strong proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems. Your strong sales and relationship-building abilities will be key to your success in this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential along with good project coordination abilities. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial.
