Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager in the field of Wound Care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a nationwide sales team, manage key accounts, and drive sales activities within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have the chance to demonstrate products, provide training to stakeholders, and ensure all activities comply with relevant local regulations.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager in Wound Care, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's business. You will be responsible for leading a nationwide sales team, planning and executing sales strategies, and managing key accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in performing product demonstrations and providing training to various stakeholders. You will also play a vital role in ensuring that all sales activities adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Responsible for sale activities on assigned territory to meet business objectives and achieve sales goals.
  • Plan and execute sales activities while managing key accounts.
  • Perform product demonstrations, presentations, and product training to multiple stakeholders.
  • Cover pharmacies chains/ hospital sales, focusing mainly on wound care medical devices.
  • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team, covering nationwide.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations such as MDA, NPRA, FDA & CE guidelines and company policies.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With at least a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or equivalent, you have spent 6-7 years honing your skills in medical device sales channels. Your ability to work independently and solve problems is matched by your strong communication skills. Experience with wound care products is highly desirable. A good network within private/public hospitals and doctors is essential for this role.

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or equivalent.
  • Possesses sales knowledge within pharmaceutical industries with 6 - 7 years relevant medical / medical devices sales channel experience.
  • Good network and relationship with private/public hospitals and doctors.
  • Experience in wound care products will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems and have strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel around Malaysia.
