They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive for their Johor location. This role offers the opportunity to champion their ambition as a credible leader in infant nutrition, uncover healthcare customer needs, and provide suitable nutritional solutions.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Executive, your main mission will be to drive our client's ambition as a credible leader in infant nutrition. You will work closely with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), establishing strong relationships based on scientific knowledge. Your role will involve positioning our client's range of solutions as the preferred choice for HCPs, gaining their endorsement for these products. You will also identify business opportunities within your assigned area, developing these potentials into tangible results. A key part of your role will be maintaining a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you can confidently understand and explain all product information. Importantly, you will ensure that all business activities conform to the WHO and local government code of ethics for infant formula products.

  • Establish strong scientific-based relationships with identified Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
  • Position our range of solutions as the preferred choice for HCPs
  • Gain HCPs recommendation/endorsement for our range of products
  • Identify business opportunities within assigned area and develop business potentials
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information
  • Ensure that all business conforms to the WHO and local government code of ethics for infant formula products

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Sales Executive role will hold a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and have experience working within the medical and health environment. You should bring a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a sales or nutrition role. We are looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities who is decisive and operates with a high level of integrity. Analytical skills and excellent presentation abilities are essential, along with being proactive, having good follow-through, and being results-oriented.

  • Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics
  • Experience in working with the medical and health environment
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in sales/nutrition role
  • Strong leadership capabilities, decisive with high level of integrity
  • Analytical and good presentation skills
  • Proactive, good follow through and results oriented
