Our client is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and plan clinical support, promote products and solutions among current and potential customers, and develop business growth within the Malaysia & Brunei market. The candidate will be responsible on the education programs, demonstrating strong people management skills and effective capability building with team members.

What you'll do:

As a Clinical Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning and overseeing clinical support in Electrophysiology labs. You will be responsible for promoting our client's products and solutions among current and potential customers. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to tailor product conversations to different audiences, ensuring proper understanding and optimal utilization. You will also be tasked with planning and achieving business goals while collecting, analyzing, and sharing market information. Your role will involve preparing pricing offers, responding to public procurements within set deadlines, keeping regular presentations, educating partners on new products and techniques. You will also take charge of launching new products and services.

  • Lead and support Electrophysiology cases, optimizing product experience
  • Coordinate clinical procedures or schedules
  • Tailor product conversation to ensure proper understanding and optimal utilization
  • Plan and achieve business and sales goals
  • Collect, analyze, and share market information
  • Prepare pricing offers, public procurements responses, respecting deadlines
  • Keep regular presentations, education to partners – introducing new products, techniques
  • Responsible for the launch and rollout of new products and services

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Sales Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge from a technical, biomedical or medical background. With 2-3 years of relevant experience within the cardiovascular / Electrophysiology field under your belt, you are well-equipped to handle the demands of this role. Your excellent communication skills coupled with your ability to drive projects in an organized manner make you a standout candidate. Your analytical thinking allows you to systematically gather, organize data into meaningful information that drives decision-making processes. A high level of energy, engagement, responsibility is expected along with fluency in English.

  • University Degree (preferably Technical, Biomedical or Medical background)
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience within the cardiovascular / Electrophysiology field
  • Excellent communicator with presentation skills
  • Ability to drive projects in an organized manner
  • Analytical thinking: systematic gathering, organizing data into meaningful information
  • Teamwork/Collaboration: intention to work effectively with others toward shared goals
  • High level of energy, engagement, responsibility
  • Fluency in speaking / written / reading English language & preparing presentation decks
