Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager in the field of Hemodialysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to identify new business opportunities, provide exceptional resources, and contribute to the professional development of staff. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the organisation's image, making informed decisions, and actively participating in quality improvement programs.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager (Hemodialysis), you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. You will liaise with clinical, technical, and sales teams to provide appropriate resources that meet customer needs. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised in managing staff development and coordinating Quality Improvement activities. You will also monitor expenses, offer service contracts, handle tenders, and ensure Receivables remain under control. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to professionalism.

  • Identify new business opportunities in the healthcare market
  • Provide appropriate resources through liaison with clinical, technical and sales teams
  • Responsible for the professional practice and development of staff
  • Coordinate Quality Improvement activities and Human Resource functions
  • Monitor all expenses and activities in relation to profitability and against budget
  • Offer service contracts to customers
  • Handle Tenders ensuring our response is professional and attractive
  • Provide a monthly report on all activities
  • Ensure Receivables remain under 50 days

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager (Hemodialysis) position brings an entrepreneurial spirit, high motivation, commercial adeptness, and articulate communication skills. With a minimum of five years' experience in the Healthcare industry, you have a proven track record of success in strategic marketing and management roles. Your exposure to public or private HealthCare systems in Malaysia has equipped you with unique insights into the industry. Armed with undergraduate/postgraduate qualifications in business or marketing, you maintain knowledge of competitors in the marketplace. Your high level of interpersonal skills enables effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
