Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Representative to join their team in Malacca. This role offers the opportunity to shape short and long-term business goals, accelerate customer growth, and represent the company in identifying the right patients for the right products. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring opportunities with targeted healthcare professionals, establishing segmentation and targeting strategies.
What you'll do:
As a Medical Representative, your primary role will be to represent our client in identifying the right patients for the right products. You will engage with healthcare professionals based on our values, exploring opportunities to expand reach and introduce a range of products for appropriate patients. Your responsibilities will also include establishing segmentation & targeting strategies, achieving Good Selling Outcome, and driving strategic approaches aligned with brand strategy. You will also be expected to monitor sales performance regularly, recommending territory action plans as necessary.
- Identify targeted patients for appropriate products through engagement with healthcare professionals
- Explore opportunities with targeted healthcare professionals to expand reach and access
- Establish segmentation & targeting strategies and incorporate into the business plan
- Achieve Good Selling Outcome to deliver on sales expectations
- Drive strategic approach aligning with Brand Strategy via Territory Business Planning
- Plan and execute representative-led activities such as webinars and group doctor meetings
- Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend territory action plans

- Minimum 3 - 5 years Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry
